- Please check the availability of your chosen week(s) on our Availability Chart.
- To confirm that the accommodation is still available and to make a provisional booking, please contact us using the Availability Enquiry Form below, or email us at: ed.sue@les-chenes-naturist-gites.com, or telephone: (00 33) (0) 5 53 56 67 92.
- To confirm your booking, we ask for a completed booking form (click on the Online Booking Form link above) and a non-returnable 25% deposit (to be paid by bank transfer). On receipt of the completed Booking Form, we will let you have our bank details for payment of the deposit.
- Once we have received both the Form and the deposit from you, we will send you an official confirmation of the booking.
- The balance must be paid by bank transfer not less than 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday, together with the security deposit of £100 (please see our Terms & Conditions below).
- If you are not able to pay by bank transfer or require any further information, please contact us.

Booking Deposit: a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance and security deposit (see below) are to be paid 10 weeks before the commencement date of your holiday. Please note that the initial 25% booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security Deposit: an additional refundable security deposit of £100 will be required to cover breakages, damage or any excessive cleaning required after your departure. This will be requested with the final payment (see below). If all is in order following your holiday, you will be refunded within a week of your departure (the accommodation should be left in a clean & tidy condition).
Confirmation: confirmation of your booking will be made by email or post once the booking form and deposit have been received.
Final Payment: an invoice will be issued approximately 3 weeks prior to the latest due date. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-advertise the week(s) concerned. Your Booking Deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation: if you cancel once full payment has been made, provided we can re-let the accommodation, you will be refunded the re-lettable value. Security deposits will be returned. We would strongly recommend that you take out Travel Insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
In the event of the property becoming uninhabitable prior to the letting period, resulting in cancellation of your booking by us, our liability will be limited to a refund of monies paid by you.
Liabilities: the owners of the property accept no liability to any member of a holiday booking for:
any personal injury or theft of property or money or damage to belongings;
any faults or interruptions to the supply of public utilities to the property.
Smoking: sorry, no smoking in the properties.
Children: we only accept children over the age of 16 years.
Prices: prices are per week, from Saturday 16.00hrs to Saturday 9.30hrs. Bedding, linen, bath towels and towels for use around the swimming pool and grounds are included. |
